Installation Technology of Transducer
1. First, the transducer is tested to record the parameters, and then the transducer with error less than 100 Hz is selected to be used in combination.
2. The bottom of the transducer is scrubbed with acetone, and the place of the transducer wafer is coated with insulating paint, which is heated in the oven at constant temperature for reserve.
3. Weld the connecting screw of the cleaning tank, grind around the screw and wash with acetone.
4. Where the transducer is installed in the cleaning trough heated by a hot air gun, the imported AB glue is evenly applied to the bottom of the transducer in parallel, the connecting screw of the cleaning trough is screwed up, and the wrench of the torsometer is tightened to a certain degree.
Operational matters
1. Before the cleaning equipment works, the wiring should be well connected to ensure electrical safety.
2. Insert the ultrasonic input line of the cleaning tank into the output socket behind the control box of the ultrasonic power source, and tighten the screw cap to ensure good contact. The power lines of the control box and the cleaning tank are respectively connected to the corresponding power sockets.
3. Inject suitable cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank, the liquid volume is about 5/6 of the depth of the cleaning tank, and inject appropriate cleaning agent as needed.
Note: The amount of cleaning fluid will affect the working frequency of the machine, and will seriously affect the cleaning effect of the machine. See point 6.
4. Adjust the temperature controller to the required temperature value (note: the temperature of the cleaning liquid must not be higher than 85 C, otherwise it will seriously affect the life of the transducer), and then put the heating power switch in the "on" position.
Note: This step can be omitted for equipment without heating device.
5. The power switch of the control box is in the "open" position, which makes the ultrasonic power control box start to work. At this time, the harmonic sound produced by the cleaning tank can be heard, indicating that the cleaning has begun to work.
6. High-frequency and high-voltage equipment, non-professional personnel do not open the box tuning and maintenance.
