Ultrasonic vibration head installation process:
 
1. Preparatory Tools: Argon arc welding, No. 10 hexagonal wrench, ferrochrome wire, 2.5 square high temperature wire, 2*2.5 cable, vibrator glue, (stripping pliers, bushing, strapping, sand blasting machine, pipe fittings, etc.). 2. Welding screws: Calculate the placement of the vibrator, weld the screw in the cleared position, then clean the screw around, make sure it is smooth, so as not to affect the installation of the vibrator. Three, glue configuration: the glue should be evenly mixed according to the prescribed proportion. (Mei Rui, Ai Da Da, 4030 glue before mixing, KMD398 glue mixed in the bonding process). 4. Installing vibrator: Apply glue evenly to the bottom of ultrasonic vibrator, squeeze out air and excess glue between the bottom of transducer and the contact surface of cylinder bottom by gently twisting, so that the vibrator is tighter and stainless steel is combined as a whole. Fifth, solidification condensation: put in a relatively high room temperature place solidification, 4-8 hours can be connected, 24 hours after power-on test machine, test machine absolutely not allow air vibration. Note: 1. Metal seed nail machine can also replace argon arc welding. 2, welding screws must be fully welded, otherwise easy to fall off. 3. Regarding solidification, the time should consider the temperature, the temperature is low, the time is long, the temperature is high, it is faster, it is recommended to operate at room temperature, even if the heating should not be overheated, the appropriate best.
