28K 1800W Ultrasonic Generator Transmitter For Cleaning Machine
The ordinary power ultrasonic generator usually uses the fixed frequency and the ultrasonic transducer to supply the energy, and the resonance is resonate with the equivalent capacitance of the inductor and the transducer. This instrument has two shortcomings as follows, one is that the equivalent capacitance resonance frequency of the matching inductor and the transducer can not be guaranteed on the inherent mechanical oscillation frequency of the transducer. (even when the frequency of the mechanical oscillation is tuned, the Q value of the resonant circuit is very high and the frequency band is very narrow.) one is that in the power ultrasonic vibration processing system, the changes in the mechanical load cause the changes of the system parameters (such as the resonant frequency point of the system, the equivalent impedance of the negative load, etc.), and the power ultrasonic generator. The frequency of the transducer does not change, and the amplitude of the transducer decreases.
