In order to meet these needs, our company has developed a network ultrasonic cleaning system.
Network physical layer adopts RS485 communication interface, protocol layer adopts MODBUS protocol. Thus, the network and information requirements of the ultrasonic cleaning system are conveniently realized.
This system is mainly composed of three parts:
The first part: the controller (divided into main controller and sub controller) can be made up of PC (computer), PLC (programmable controller) and HMI (man-machine interface), which are commonly used in the industry.
The second part: the network I/O module is the input-output control network terminal which our company specializes in the use of this system. It is convenient to network with all kinds of controllers. She can control and sample various external devices, such as motors, heaters, solenoid valves, temperature sensors and so on.
The third part: the ultrasonic generator is a network terminal. It can perform various cleaning commands according to the requirements of the controller, and feedback the execution and current state of the power supply to the controller. The remote management and monitoring of ultrasonic wave have been realized.

2, the control equipment is rich: the controller can adopt all kinds of control equipment popular in industry, even can use the original control equipment to carry on the transformation, the function is powerful, the interface is friendly, beautiful and generous.
3, the system ultrasonic power is big: the single main controller of the system can control more than 200 network power supply in theory, and the power of 24 million watts is calculated according to the 1200W of each power supply.
4, the control is flexible: the control of this system is very flexible, can realize the control of a single power supply, can also control the power supply group, and can also control all the power supply at the same time. And it can control the external related auxiliary equipment.
5, the control parameters are rich: ordinary ultrasonic power network control can only control the switching parameters of ultrasonic. This network system can control all power parameters, including switch, power size, frequency, time and so on. At the same time, it can monitor the state of each power supply and find that the problem can be checked in time. It is a real network plan.
6, remote control: the control distance of RS485 is 1000 meters, that is to say, the position of the controller installation can be 1000 meters out of the actual power supply, with the monitoring function, which can keep the personnel away from the noise pollution caused by the high power ultrasonic. At the same time, it is also suitable for cleaning the environment which is harmful to the human body or people can not enter. It is also very suitable for the centralized management needs of large factories and mines.
7, you can manage and monitor more extensive network connections with other larger networks: for example, to control and maintain further distance with Internet connections.
