20KHz/2000W Hesentec Plastic Ultrasonic Welding Transducer

The main components of a set of ultrasonic welding systems include ultrasonic generators, transducers/horns/welding head triples, molds and frames. Linear vibration friction welding uses the frictional heat generated by the contact surfaces of two workpieces to be welded to melt the plastic. Thermal energy comes from a certain pressure, a workpiece reciprocating movement on the other surface with a certain displacement or amplitude. Once the desired degree of welding is reached, the vibration will cease and a certain amount of pressure will still be applied to the two workpieces, allowing the just welded portion to cool and solidify, resulting in a tight bond.
