Features of submersible ultrasonic transducer
 
The submersible ultrasonic transducer made of special technology and material has the characteristics of high stability and long service life, as follows:
 
1. Specially designed and carefully processed transducers have excellent performance and good consistency. Small signal electroacoustic conversion efficiency can reach more than 96%.
 
2. The gluing process of the first-class transducer and the monitoring range board of the bottom mobile phone card monitor can ensure that there is no debonding consideration, and the sound wave transmission path is smooth.
 
3. Excellent high temperature resistance makes the vibration plate work stably in boiling water at 100 °C for a long time.
 
4. The number of transducers is increased, so that the actual working power of each transducer is 70~80% of the designed rating, which prolongs the working life of the transducer.
