Instructions:

1. Place the machine in a ventilated and dry place, connect the power supply and output connector. When the power is turned on, the serial number of the product will be displayed in the display window.

2. Normal working mode: Turn on the power supply, display window or display "-OFF". If it is a timing number, press the "Increase Timing" or "Reduce Timing" button to make the display window display "-OFF", and then press "Start/Stop" to enter the normal working mode, and display "-ON-". In this mode, the display frequency or current can also be selected by the function conversion button. The "Start/Stop" switch directly controls the work of the machine.

3. Timing mode: When the power is turned on, the display window should display "XXXX". If the display is "-OFF" or the display is not the time you need, when the machine is in suspension state (if not, press the "Start/Stop" button to make the machine work in suspension state "OFF"), press the "Increase Timing" or "Reduce Timing" button to make the display window display the time you need, and then press the "Start/Stop" button. "Start/stop" machine will enter the timing mode, the display window shows the corresponding timing value "XXXX", and decreases in seconds. When the clock was reduced to zero, the machine stopped working and the display window reappeared the original set straight. To restart, press the Start/Stop button.

4. Power adjustment: In the working state, press the "Increase Power" or "Reduce Power" button to achieve the required state, the machine will save your power settings in about 10 seconds.

5. Sweeping mode of operation: By changing the frequency of a certain section of the power supply, the ultrasonic vibration can simulate the scouring effect, so as to strengthen the cleaning effect. However, this mode may cause damage to the parts, please use it as appropriate. 6. Use of remote control lines There is a remote control interface behind the machine. It is mainly used in automatic control equipment. It can flexibly control the output of ultrasound through the PLC or other equipment in the equipment, so as to avoid the damage to the equipment caused by frequent switching equipment power supply. When the remote control port is short, the ultrasound opens and the start and time adjustment buttons on the panel will be locked. When there are many controlled ultrasonic power supply in the same equipment, it is necessary to use multiple independent switch contacts.
