The common fault phenomena of ultrasonic transducers are mainly:
 
First, the vibrator degumming;
 
Second, the ultrasonic vibrator is damp;
 
Third, the transducer vibrator is ignited and the ceramic material is broken.

For the common faults of the above transducers, you can solve them one by one by doing the following:
 
1. Most of the degumming occurs when the transducer is used for a long time. Re-bonding can continue to be used;
 
2. can check the plug connected to the transducer with a megger. Check the insulation resistance value to determine the basic situation. Generally, the insulation resistance is greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value is not reached, the transducer can be placed in an oven at a temperature of about 100 °C for 3 hours or a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance is normal. The transducer is a double process using a cemented screw. Normally, the transducer may be exposed to moisture for 10 years at full load.
 
3. The sparking phenomenon of the transducer can be checked by the combination of the naked eye and the megohmmeter. Disconnecting the individual damaged vibrator will not affect the normal use of other vibrators.
