Ultrasonic oscillators, also known as ultrasonic vibrators, ultrasonic transducers, are one type of ultrasonic transducers and are the core components of ultrasonic cleaners. Industry standard name: ultrasonic transducer, which belongs to piezoelectric ceramic material, one of the main accessories of ultrasonic cleaning machine.
Ultrasonic oscillator is a device that converts electrical energy and mechanical energy (sonic vibration) by piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, and amplifies the device by acoustic impedance matching before and after radiation cover. The frequency is fixed at the time of production. According to the customer's needs, custom transducers of different frequencies, and the production of a good transducer oscillator, can only be fixed at this frequency.
With the development of ultrasonic technology and the deepening of the application of power-type ultrasonic equipment, the performance of power-type ultrasonic equipment depends largely on the quality of the power-type piezoelectric ceramic vibrator.
