A digital ultrasonic generator comprising a rectifying filter circuit, an inverter circuit, a matching circuit, and a transducer sequentially connected, and an oscillation and driving circuit for outputting a control signal to a power switch tube in the inverter circuit The inverter circuit is a half-bridge inverter circuit; and the method further includes: a control unit, the control unit is formed with a single-chip frequency automatic tracking system, and adopts a frequency conversion search mode to make a current input to the half-bridge inverter circuit Always maintaining a maximum value, thereby ensuring that the transducer always operates in a resonant state; detecting a current input to the rectifying and filtering circuit, and outputting a current detecting circuit for the current detecting signal to the control unit; a frequency tracking signal output of the unit is coupled to the first digital potentiometer that outputs a frequency adjustment signal to the oscillation and drive circuit; and an input button coupled to the control unit.
Power control: The power is regulated by the Japanese Sansei thyristor, and the performance is stable.
Internal structure: Unique anti-corrosion design, not affected by the working environment, adapt to various work sites.
Power range: automatic sweep function. 10%-100% steplessly adjustable within the power allowable range.
