1000W/15khz ultrasonic welding transducer horn
Ultrasonic welding transducers, like the cleaning transducers, also compensate for the expansion stress of the piezoelectric ceramic by applying prestress to achieve high amplitude high frequency vibration. Because the welding transducer requires a large instantaneous power, it is highly demanding for materials and processes, and is a high-power acoustic wave supercharger. Usually, the horn and the working head are combined to form a high-power, large-amplitude vibration system to complete ultrasonic welding of plastics, metals and the like.
Ultrasonic welding is the ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer, which generates high-frequency friction and heat to the surface of the contact surface of the object to be contacted under pressure, thereby achieving the purpose of thermal fusion welding.
Ultrasonic welding transducers are high-power transducers that operate in the gap or pulse. The instantaneous peak power is generally used to calculate the power.
Product installation matters
Use our company's transducer installation precautions:
1. Select the appropriate material and set the hardness process to process the horn and the working head.
2. When installing the horn or the working head, be sure to pay attention to the frequency matching, and apply the sound-adhesive glue at the joint seam.
3. Clean the surface to be joined with a solvent such as acetone during installation. .
4. Establish an impedance control process for the bonding process to reduce the impedance of the vibrator and improve the electroacoustic conversion efficiency of the vibrator.
5. Pay attention to improve the insulation measures after the vibrator electrode is installed.
