The vibrating plate adopts all-stainless steel structure to resist alkali and acid, and the surface of the shock plate is plated with hard chrome. Ultrasonic transducers are made of high-quality, high-performance products with high electroacoustic conversion efficiency.The split structure is adopted, and the high-frequency wire connection with the socket is used between the vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator, which is convenient to use and maintain.The installation and arrangement are flexible. According to the needs, the ultrasonic radiation surface can be arranged on the bottom surface, side surface or top surface of the cleaning tank.
Precautions for use
1: It must be turned on when the liquid in the cleaning tank passes through the vibration plate of the cleaning machine;
2: The ultrasonic generator should be kept away from the heat source as much as possible to maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation;
3: Reliable in the ultrasonic power supply to avoid the inflow of liquid to avoid short circuit or corrosion;
4: Ultrasonic vibration plate works free for more than eight hours at a time. If there is continuous work, it is recommended to work for more than four hours and rest for a while.
5: Regularly clean the tank to clean the surface;
